Planning Permission granted for Cottrell House

Signia are pleased to announce the grant of planning permission for the demolition and redevelopment of Cottrell House in Wembley.

Cottrell House is situated on the corner of Wembley Hill Road and Linden Avenue, in the heart of the fast-developing Wembley regeneration zone. Our mixed-use development will provide a total of 55 apartments, two commercial units and a private gymnasium.

Our award winning architects have designed a scheme that incorporates bold and attractive architectural designincluding a roof top children’s play area and a sky garden.
