Signia Living’s impressive Alpine Place development has won a second major industry award for 2016.
Alpine Place, in Queensbury, London NW9, was named Best Regeneration Scheme at the Housing Excellence Awards 2016.
Widely recognised as the industry event of the year, the Housing Excellence Awards is one of the largest UK housing awards events, attracting 600+ of the sector’s key leaders and highlighting the organisations, individuals and projects that are leading the way in today’s housing sector.The Best Regeneration Scheme category looks for large-scale regeneration schemes bringing a new lease of life to the surrounding area, outstanding schemes designed in consultation with the community and which have had a positive impact on the area.

Alpine Place has already been named winner of the best residential category at the prestigious RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) Awards for London 2016.
